A REASON TO STAY FIT: As busy as people are today they need to find a reason to stay fit! There is nothing better than to look forward to a challenging activity or experience! As you anticipate the upcoming volleyball, bowling, softball or basketball activity, you will now want to work out and prepare for the big day. How about a walking group that also gets connected to a charity event?  There are many ways to play but only if you get involved will you enjoy the time spent and having fun. Yes, there may be some bruises and some stiffness the next Monday in the office but that’s what it’s all about!
